Sicsic Advisory is a London based boutique consultancy, focusing on financial services risk and regulation. We assist Boards and Management to deliver sustainable business models through financial, operational, and cultural resilience.
You will support the implementation of the marketing plan, with a strong focus on digital marketing/content. You’ll craft and implement changes to our website: this can range from small content edits to whole journey redesigns and to research. You’ll need to consider user experience, design principles, brand guidelines, accessibility, copywriting standards and wider business requirements.
What will you be doing?
- Delivering timely and accurate updates and changes to the structure and content on our websites
- Seeing opportunities to improve the web pages that you work on
- Assessing requests and turning them into suitable website updates
- Making sure our websites align with internal and external standards
- Perform research into our clients’ industries and benchmark
- Depending on the availability and experience, being involved in other areas, e.g. event management
The skills and background you’ll need:
- Understanding/interest in wider business (insurance) related topics
- Previous experience of crafting great digital experiences and using WordPress is an advantage
- Keen problem solving skills, with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Effective partner management, adept at establishing and forming relationships with colleagues and agencies.
- Practical knowledge of search engine optimisation and writing content with this in mind is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
This position can be part time or full time (20-35 hrs/week), we can accommodate a flexible schedule. Some remote work is possible, but you will be available to join us in our London office at least 1 or 2 days a week. The Intern must have access to a laptop they can use over the course of this internship.
